Meet The Team
Emily has been a long term advocate for natural health and has a diverse background in customer service and business management. In recent years, she has worked as a chiropractic assistant, freelance make-up artist and self-employed Nutritionist.
Emily is committed to providing a positive and welcoming environment and experience for both students and clients in the Adelaide clinic.
Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys keeping active, spending time with her family and frequenting organic markets and health food cafes.
Clinic Services Coordinator
Dianne is an advocate for Natural Health and has spent more than 15 years in support roles in Chiropractic and Acupuncture clinics. Prior to this, she had worked in retail, payroll and travel.
Dianne is passionate about the Endeavour Wellness Clinic and the role it plays in both preparing students for their careers and providing affordable, high-quality care to the Adelaide community.
Away from the clinic, Dianne enjoys spending time with her family and has a keen interest in cooking with local produce.
Carly began her journey at Endeavour College as a Myotherapy student. After graduating in 2017, she joined the Endeavour Wellness Clinic team as a Clinic Service Coordinator in January 2018. Carly has seven years of experience in the health and wellness sector. She previously ran her own business in personal training, as well as teaching fitness classes.
In addition, Carly has served in the public sector, specifically for Queensland Health, where she fine-tuned her administrative skills. This has allowed Carly to gain a wealth of knowledge and practical skills that she has brought with her to the Endeavour Wellness Clinic.
Clinic Services Coordinator
Jacinta first started her journey with Endeavour in 2006 gaining her certificate IV in Massage. From this she has worked in a variety of roles such as corporate seated massage, clinic-based massage therapy, home-based massage therapy and travelling massage therapist for musicians at festivals.
In 2012, Jacinta pursued another qualification at Endeavour College graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Naturoapthy in 2016 and started clinical practice whilst also managing a busy multi-modality clinic in Brisbane city.
Throughout this 13 year journey she has had numerous administration roles in a variety of health clinics, gaining a wealth of skills and knowledge in how to run a successful clinic. She looks forward to supporting students with their clinic experience and helping them to navigate the ups and downs of clinic administration.
Clinic Services Coordinator
Becki began her journey in the natural health world as a Nutrition student at Endeavour College. After graduating in 2019, she joined the Endeavour Wellness Clinic team as a Clinic Services Coordinator in July 2019.
Becki discovered her interest in Public Health whilst studying and is beginning her studies in a Masters of Public Health in late 2019. Becki brings 6 years of customer service experience to the team and is excited to provide a positive and warm environment for both the students and clients in the Brisbane clinic.
Sandra has extensive experience managing clinic networks in both the public and private domain in Western Australia. Her responsibilities in these roles have included staff recruitment and management, policy and procedure development and implementation, strategic planning and budget oversight. More recently Sandra was the Area Manager for Better Health Care in Western Australia and oversaw the successful RACGP accreditation of five general practice clinics.
Sandra moved to Queensland in 2016 and took on the role of Clinic Manager at the Endeavour College of Natural Health Gold Coast campus. In her role as Clinic Manager Sandra hopes to provide a clinical learning environment for students that is professional at the same time also nurturing and inspiring. Her background in clinic management with a focus on customer service will enable her to share her knowledge enabling students to gain skills that they can apply in their future business endeavors.
In addition to her nursing qualification, Sandra holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Carol has had over 12 years of experience in customer service in a range of industries, including hotel management, health insurance and medical practice. Spending several years overseas, she volunteered at Indonesian Heritage Society and at Jakarta International School, where she managed volunteer groups and focused on delivering clear information to its members and parent body.
Exposure to the private health insurance sector and Medicare have provided a well-defined understanding of clients’ needs in a therapeutic setting. Carol returned to Australia after 8 years in South East Asia and joined Wellnation Clinics as Clinic Service Coordinator at Melbourne campus. She moved to the Clinic Manager role where she offers a clinical learning environment for students and staff that is professional, engaging and supportive. She’s happy to share her knowledge with students for their future and best practices.
Clinic Services Coordinator
Sian is an animal loving environmentalist with a passion for problem solving and logistics. Throughout her career she has worn various ‘hats’. Sian joined endeavour with a Degree in Communications, majoring in Public Relations and over 10 years of training, marketing and logistics experience.
Sian’s background in management and training within the natural health world brings a wealth of knowledge and support to the Wellness Clinic team. Outside of Endeavour Sian enjoys cats, being out in nature and various art projects.
Santina has 30 years’ experience in the Western Australian Health (Dental) Industry in Clinical Management and Training roles. Santina’s professional and personal development has seen her excel in many areas of the industry including Practice Development Manager, Treatment Coordinator through to Lecturer and Trainer. Santina has also held the roles of an Executive Manager and Student Services Manager of an International Training Organisation. Her responsibilities included staff recruitment management, policy and procedure development and implementation, strategic planning and budget oversight.
One of Santina’s goals at the Perth Endeavour Wellness Clinic is to create a positive, productive and safe environment whereby Students and Clients harmoniously interact in a professional manner.
Her passions is mentoring, exceptional customer service training, consulting, engaging and implementing processes. Santina loves the buzz she gets from training, sharing knowledge and experience. Health, happiness and wellbeing for her young adult children and family is what drives Santina.
Hannah-Kate brings to Endeavour Wellness Clinics a welcoming management style and extensive experience in clinic expansion and development. Hannah-Kate prides herself on creating a professional, positive environment for the students to thrive in, whilst ensuring that clients receive the very best care when visiting the Sydney clinic.
Building on a solid background of clinical aromatherapy, massage, western herbal medicine and paramedical aesthetics, her prior roles of Business Development Manager and Area Manager for various cosmetic medicine practices, saw her gain vast experience in leading teams across a broad range of disciplines. She was most recently Executive Guest Relations Manager for a Global financial institution where she also held the dual title of IT configuration manager.
When not in clinic, you will find Hannah-Kate studying Ayurveda, Yoga and plant based nutrition. She is also a passionate volunteer at animal rescues centres across Sydney.
Mercedes has lectured in the areas of naturopathic, nutritional and herbal medicines, and iridology in particular since 2003. Mercedes joined the Endeavour team in 2014 as a lecturer and clinic supervisor of practicum students in the final years of their bachelor degrees of naturopathy and nutritional medicine.
Mercedes holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Complementary Medicine with Advanced Diplomas in Naturopathy, Botanical Medicine, Nutrition, Homeopathy and has Diplomas in Reflexology and Remedial Massage.
In February 2016 Mercedes was appointed Senior Lecturer Naturopathy at the Sydney campus. One of Mercedes’ objectives in education is to inspire students becoming independent and creative learners; she constantly seeks the opportunity to encourage and mentor students to apply traditional and scientific evidence by following naturopathic principles to advance in their career as naturopaths.
Joining the Endeavour Wellness Clinics Sydney team in January 2018 as a Clinic Services Coordinator, Mercedes brings her wealth of knowledge and years of experience as a teacher and as naturopathic practitioner in private practice.
